Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  
• Process: To start a return, contact us at info@zooone.co with your order number. We will provide return instructions.  
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.  
• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.  
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
